As we progress, we'll play with creative variations of yoga poses to build strength, expand breath capacity, and safely, deeply stretch. Pre & Postnatal Yoga

The first priority for this prenatal class is anatomical stability for the pregnant body. We move and flow to the degree that is acceptable for each student. From there, we insightfully draw parallels between the practice of yoga for the pregnant body and birthing. Childbirth education is incoportated to a small degree and labor tips are always included! We laugh, we groove, and yes, sometimes we cry. Ultimately, you will leave with fewer aches, a little more space for your growing babe, and a lightened spirit.
